About The Mince Pie Project

Welcome to the 3rd year of The Mince Pie Project!

My name is Hilary Quinn, I'm a pastry chef in Ballymaloe House, Co. Cork and a mince pie enthusiast. I am dedicated to bringing delicious, handcrafted mince pies to people around Ireland (and abroad) for Christmas while also raising much needed funds for Marymount Hospice in Cork.

What started as a small idea in 2023 to send friends some of my signature mince pies, has now turned into an almighty charity bake sale that I'm so excited to be involved in.

We've heard of the charity Christmas card, so why not give these charity mince pies a go, something for you to enjoy while also giving a little something back to those in need.

I love a mince pie as much as the next person, and I'm so happy that I can share my idea of what a proper mince pie should be with you all.
